5 stars not enough for this level of customer service

It was very easy calling VUMATEL when my fibre was giving me problems. They were efficient and sympathetic when I called the call centre. The lady immediately delt with the matter. They called me within a few miniutes to inform me that a technician will arrive a time suitable to me. Then an email was sent by JAN-NIEL MARAIS confirming that a technician will arrive. A Technician by the name of THABANI had arrived 5 miniutes beforehand and sorted my problem within 5 miniutes. Above and beyond to this he had also given me his cell number incase the problem resurfaced. Thabani was very pleasant and helpfull. Most efficient company in our country in my opinion.
