4th Day of Lies, Confusion and Broken Promises from Vumatel. My line is now down for Four Days.

Day Four and my line has STILL not been repaired. I was promised that Vumatel would sort this out yesterday. And the day before. And the day before. It seems that a post on HelloPeter gets Thandazile going and every time I post here she calls and makes empty promises to call me back, etc. So a technician arrived at last night around 6;30 pm and when I went to speak to him he advised that he was going to check at "the exchange" and come back. I waited until 9pm but he never came back. Today I actually got hold of someone at Vumatel who told me he would call me back and actually did. So thanks to Schalk from Vumatel maintenance who actually called me back to advise that a technician would come around today. I live in hope that this line will finally be fixed today.
