4*service

I must say, although at first i was very doubtful of their service due to reviews i saw online. I registered and paid via their payment link for the R389 package on the 25th Jan 2022. I then sent the pop to the consultant/sales lady (her name is Tiny). She promised to send the pop to the installers and that I should receive an sms.

I did receive the sms. The sms said I will be receiving a call to schedule dates for installation within 48 hours. 48 hours went past and still there was no call. I made contact with them via whatsapp channel and a case was logged. A day later received a call to schedule the dates. 9 am the following day they were at my house to install. Even though it took almost the enire day to activate but it was activated same the day. Thanks to Tiny, Sbu and his partner.

So far so good!!! I give them 4* for the service.
