December 2023 I lost internet connection, informed Vuma, was advised of the TAT for the technicians to come and fix it. TAT came and technicians were no show, I enquired again and was given another TAT. Fast forward I requested a cancellation as I am paying for something that I am not using. Was informed of the 30 days notice and was informed of the last debit, which I did not approve off as I still had no connection. Was told there is nothing that they can do, due to my area being a high risk, which I still don’t understand how they can not hire security for their technicians. So I lost money worth R800 to them. This year a colleague said the issue has been resolved, decided to give the company another chance, I had to make a payment before they could reconnect which I did, still no internet connection. I was told that they do not know when my issue will be resolved there is no TAT, why did they proceed taking my money if the knew that the issue that I had two years ago has not been issued. I am again asking for a refund and I’m being sent from pillar to post. Same thing that happed two years ago, agents are blaming each other. One saying the previous one I spoke to gave me an incorrect TAT for a refund, one coming back saying the refund request was sent to an incorrect department.
I want my money back, I am a struggling single parent, trying to sort my children out for their school work. I do not have time for *******
