4 Weeks with NO Internet, No Assistance and No SERVICE!!!

4 Weeks with NO internet! Right. Reported 22nd April. Ref SR***. Friday 6th May spoke to Manager Koketso who gave Service request no. SR220506 -919087 who said she will personally call Vumatel. Yesterday spoke to Vincent who promised to call back. He didn't. Called him today... said he was busy and requested me to send him whatsapp... no response. I called Vimatel with a ticket no. 745595 and they said they would call back. Well no call back and no quote received after 15 days . What gives Vumatel? This doesn't look like good service? It doesn't look like you even care? Can someone/anyone sort this out immediately.
