4 week of waiting for connection

Im a new client and It has been 4 weeks waiting for the technician to bring ONT box and get me connected, what is so difficult with that? Call center is useless. It is obvious that Ill will wait until next year. No one cares about the reputation of the company This company does not disserve not even 1 star .
