4 tickets logged, with no internet for over a month now

My internet has been down for well over a month now.

I logged a ticket, they came and fixed it and within 24hours it was down again.

Since then I have logged 3 more tickets. The first two were resolved without anyone coming through, I just received an SMS. The last logged ticket has yet to have anyone come to fix the line. They call, set a time and then don't arrive. This is unacceptable.

I am at my wits ends!
