We pay Vuma every 1st of the month R500. On the 3 March there was a network issue which the fibre showed red usually we do receive communication but nothing was sent, we contacted someone that works with Vuma he just made a call to the office to switch the fibre on they did not fix anything than they requested R500 which we paid. Yesterday until today this thing is again happening when we contacted the guy he said it’s something that they fixing around Khayelitsha but the moment we said please come fix it immediately on our side he said it will be R500. You guys **** people you purposely switch off our service than “fix it” for R500, while we already paying it every month you expect us to spend R1500 for one month. You guys are cruel.
