3.5 weeks waiting for repair!

Ref ***3 The Vumatel cable was ********** the street light pole in Plumstead, Cape Town in that storm 3.5 WEEKS AGO, but Vuma has not managed to get it repaired. That means 3.5 weeks without internet connection for residents and the Society offices at this address weeks ago. Someone from Vuma comes, talks, but nothing happens!! 3.5 weeks of zero action! Are they sitting on their hands because they have the monopoly in this street?
