34 units, no internet connection, day 4, no assistance.

I am a resident at Hilltop Private estate in Ballito. Currently there are at least 34 residents that have no internet connection. It has been 4 days and we have no idea what the fault is or how long it will be to repair. Vumatel also does not have a call center, so we are completely left in the dark. As an estate we would now need to start looking for other service providers as this is not acceptable. I will be updating my complain twice daily until some action is taken.
