3 nonths since I ordered my fibre, no installation
I ordered my fibre through Afrihost 3 months ago on the 29th of July. Afrihost had my router to me in two days. I still haven't had my fibre installed by Vumatel.

27 Oct 2017, 19:15I got my installation done, after going to Vumatel's offices and waiting there until someone gave me a time and then phoning to make sure the technician was coming. Now my line still isn't working. My line was working after the technicians installed it. Late last night, I got a message that my line needed to be activated. It was after Afrihost support closed at 8pm. I spent two hours this morning trying to get Afrihost to activate the line, for them to tell me that Vumatel was still cofiguring my line. I left to go to work at 9.30am. Got back here at 6pm, only to find it still not working. Phoned Vumatel, they said the guys that configure it knock off at 5pm. Phoned Afrihost, was kept "first in line" on hold for 7 minutes. After using all my airtime this morning to try and sort the problem out, I wasn't about to wait any longer. I still have no service, after three months of waiting...
