3 Months waiting for a refund

Vuma and their ISP Webafrica are the most disgusting service providers i had to deal with. It's been 3 months now waiting for my refund and everytime i get the same story from webafrica that they requested for feedback from Vuma but the feedback never gets to them or to me. 3 months waiting but just be late with 1 day payment they quick to cut your line. I will never refer someone to this bull**** service again
