3 months later STILL NO FIBRE CONNECTION!

Firstly, I had wait 3 months for Vumatel installers! 3 whole months! In those 3 months, I kept calling and sending emails but no one even gave me proper answers on when they would come. When they finally came, they only installed inside my unit. I had to call Vumatel to find out when they going to finish up on the installation. It took them days to even get the installers to come back and "finish" up the installation. The installer told me that it would take 8 hours for them to configure the CPE, 4 days later it still was not done. Called Vumatal, they told me that it shows on the system that it is still pending installation and that it was not complete. The Vumatel "angel" logged a ticket for CPE to be configured but still hasn't been configured yet. I really do not understand what the hell is taking so long to get me connected! I keep calling the Vumetal call centre and keep getting different answers! Not sure if they finish installing the connection or if they still need to configure the CPE! The service I had received from Vumatel thus far is beyond POOR and I wish I could switch providers but I cannot because they are the only providers in my area.
