3 months and still no installation

Absolutely disgusting experience with vumel , our backbone and lines into our complex were installed in January 2019 , we were told once the network goes live vumatel will schedule the installation into the unit within 3 weeks , 3 months later after the network went live in June/July and we’ve got nothing. I’ve contacted the call center as well as head office multiple times as well as MWEB our isp in order to try resolve this and to no avail. The call center agents are unhelpful and people at head office never answer their phones or their emails. There is no point in them advertising fiber and promising great service and a 3 week estimate on times when they can’t deliver that it is honestly unacceptable from Vumatels side and frankly disgusting
