3 days without internet because of vumatel

I have been waiting for vumatel for 3 days to fix thier router. I work from home and have been buying data bundles for me to work and my kids to be able to study.. Its now Friday and that means thr whole weekend without internet. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING SERVICES FROM VUMATEL. THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THIER CUSTOMERS. the same thung happened a year ago, i had to sit in thier office in order to get a service
