2nd In a row horrible service

2nd April I lodged a complaint regarding paying for a wifi yet there is connection This issue was resolved however again I find myself here again regarding the same issue, entlek what type of service is this guys, like for reals, how does one make a payment just to suffer like this??????? I have experienced worst services, but this one literally takes the cake... I am really disappointed, your services are a money pit and a waste of time!!!!!
