bad for business. My wife was paid on the 1st of January 2025,my wifi has been disconnected for 17days yet, no response they ask for of proof of payment it was sent to them, they by far the worst internet profiders.... now they tell us our relationship exists with the ISP, which i believe is webafrica who says the money gets paud to vumatel.... PLEASE PEOPLE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE 2 PROVIDERS.

19 Jan 2025, 00:05Good day you say you cannot help with account related queries but the debit order goes off in your name, mind you webafrica is claiming that you people gets the money not them, and in the meantime we have no internet access, not one of you companies takes responsibility.
