24 hours with no service.

Vumatel, a master of not being able to be contacted! Internet down since midnight on Saturday. Can’t find anyone to tell me anything. Eventually harassed my ISP into giving me a reference number. That means nothing if you can’t follow up with Vumatel themselves. Up time is usually fantastic but being down for almost 24 hours is no joke when the so called “service provider” can’t be contacted.
