23 days later, Vuma hasn't installed my wifi.

Whoever that wants to use Vuma's fibre, please think twice. They're horrible! I paid for the wifi on the 19th of January and I am yet to get it. These set of people are very unprofessional, they've been saying they're escalating my matter since January the 30th till date. I'm tired. I just want my damn money and go to other companies that care about people who pay for their bills nxaaa
