21 days without internet connection

Hi, i'm a resident in the spings/Gauteng area. I would like to state that Vuma is sofar with my experience, one of the worst fiber companies to have in your area. My fiber has been off for the past 21 days, everytime i contact them they give me a different answer. I'm really considering changing everything to a better service provider, because VUMA keeps in proving they do not care about the customer but only about the money.
