2 increases in tariffs in 1 year that's bull**** Vumatel and Mweb
I think its ridiculous how many increases i have gotten with you guys as a installer, i have gotten 2 increases in my package in one year, we all have been affected by this COVID pandemic you as a business and us as employees and i think its totally unacceptable that we as people need to pay so much just for internet in a home i totally think that this is not fair that we as people using you guys need to get an increase in a package 2 times a year and i think its time people get better options then having to take internet with you guys as a installer in a area cause your prices is always increasing and i think its utterly ridiculous, cause we as people working also got affected by this pandemic and you are now totally using this as some excuse to increase tariffs, as soon as i can i am defs leaving you guys cause this is unacceptable to pay so much money for a slow ass line anyway,
Thank you for the feedback and yes you guys did actually do this, and believe it or not most people were very grateful for this, however at the end of the day if you guys and the service provider is upping prices simultaneously then at the end of the day the average home owners wont be able to afford internet anymore, as not everyone uses it for business purposes and most of us use it for Netflix and gaming and youtube and all other things that we as children could not afford when we were younger, so i am aware with inflation comes changes in prices could you guys then at least come to a joint decision and make the increase once together then instead of separate in both parties as this is actually frustrating that you would get an increase in price twice in one year.
