2 Days Without Internet – No Support!

I have been without internet for two days, and Web Africa’s support is nonexistent! The live chat is useless—no one responds. When I call, I get a robot that just refers me back to the same unresponsive live chat on WhatsApp. This is beyond frustrating!

How am I supposed to get help if there’s no way to speak to a real person? This level of service is completely unacceptable. I need this resolved ASAP!
