12 days and counting

In early February I was disconnected from the internet. The ISP is Home-Connect and the line is Vumatel. After complaining I was reconnected after 5 days. However, since 28 February 2020 I have no connection. The Vumatel Fibre is down. I have phoned and complained about 5 times and told I will receive feedback which I dont. So far all I get is that a civil team is required and it will be done by 6 March. Today is the 10th of March. Here is the million dollar question, will they charge me for the full month even though almost half of it has passed and still no service. I have to work from my phone and it's adding up.

14 days and no proper response other than automated emails. By the way, all my neighbour's Fibre is still working. And to be clear, I did have a working Fibre connection. But clearly now that I'm being billed there is no hurry to fix it.

15 days and nothing. I have phoned. I have emailed. Nothing but promises that someone will phone me back with more information.

Nothing

Vumatel is truly the worst service I have ever received. Openserve also runs down my street. Maybe it's time I cancel. I feel like a fool dealing with Vumatel so long.
