10 days wifi still not working no one attending my issue
I paid for wifi 10 days ago still not working. Their call center agents confirmed that my wifi has been paid but still can't fix it, lately they don't even answer our calls. Now I have to buy data every day Disgusting!!!

The payment has been allocated to the account and services are up. There is a fibre fault on the line and we have logged a maintenance ticket.
