10 days no fibre - zero service - zero ETA
Unfortunately, im with the reviews over the past 5 days, and i mean the 1 star ones. 10 days fibre is down - nobody has contacted me, i have tickets coming out my ears and still nothing. Im still paying but have zero value now. I am so tired of complaining, but the big guys dont give a ****.

07 May 2026, 09:17So a week since your reply, i have had 2 technicians who made appointments this week (Monday and Wednesday), both have failed to honour their appointments, with none of them even contacting me to say they wouldnt make it.
I am now without service for over 2 weeks.
I expect refunds for this as you are charging me a fortune for no service, and i am sure this wont be a quick fix, as you have proven.
