***1 reference number cable replace ETA advised 48hrs - actually that's a lies day 5 on going called the to busy , can you please come before you fibre gets removed. Rank 1 for **** poor service 😢 house full of unskilled technician and faulty lines no customer care.

05 Sept 2024, 16:13ticket ***1 from Supersonic , that was lodged with Vuma on 31/8/2024, you called yesterday to say you coming today why is nobody calling or coming why lie to me why do all that and not delivery or give me a call back 🤔 what the hell is your problem escalated to nobody 🤔 this is really the worst experience ever Vumatel should be taken to the ombudsman for false advertising and breech of SLA.
