Internett outage was reported on Sunday morning due to fibre disconnection by rats.. No tech showed up to do the repairs. After repeated calls still no tech showed up to assist. Fibre cable is pulled from modem. Needs to be attached. Business is being lost due to this issue. A ticket no wascreceived today but still no repair.
