1 star is too much

An actual ****ing disgrace. Fiber has been down since Monday (only mine BTW). The reason it is down is because some brightspark tried to lie about my line being upgraded (should've been done in July) then proceeded to try upgrade it on the sly while i was instructed to do speed tests and ****ed up my line. Been "provisioning" for 3 days now.
