I made payment of R449 on the 08/05/2025 (MAY). The Fibre router was only installed on the 05/06/2025 (JUNE) Last week Thursday. I went the month without service as the technician was only here in June last week. I paid for a service which was not active as there was NO ROUTER. Now the service is suspended [06/18, 11:45] Carlo: This is old msgs but I'm still offline and No one is handling my issue
