The WORST service ever .. if that means .. NO SERVICE AT ALL

27 Jan 2026, 12:12There has been NO response from VUMA with regards to my fibre line being down, my ISP provider, Cool Ideas, have been just giving me the same story about it being VUMA's problem and a technician needs to be out. Well, we are still waiting for VUMA to at least acknowledge the issue / problem. Nothing now for 4 days
