Vumtel pathetic service

The most pathetic service provider i have come accross.Needed to re-route my fibre a few meters...logged a call over a month ago and still no feedback.I logged another a few days ago and the agent had the cheek to say i need to wait for them to contact me.You cant even get hold of anyone...its all self help options.They very fast to debit but cant provide simple support services.Please advise how to cancel this pathetic service or lack of.
