Vumatel price increase

Vumatel's fiber prices are increasing, while our country has the most expensive data costs Vumatel is increasing it's prices, without informing us of the impacts of price increase, ICASA is trying to get big service providers to reduce the data costs and I think they are winning, but vumatel is increasing. Someone please make me understand what went up on your side that makes you want to increase our prices. If anything we should be reducing prices.
