VUMA provides the worst service ever

I made twice a payment for my wifi, according to my ISP the 1st payment i made went to vuma. the 2nd payment were apperently made to my ISP. the wifi were off for a whole month. i eventually had no choice but to cancel my subscription, which after numerous phones calls and nobody could help me. My ISP refunded the 2nd payment i made. But what about the 1st payment that went to Vuma. i mean is a R399 that seems to be floating in the air. i will never go with fibre anymore, especially if the fall under Vuma.
