Vuma network is bad the Wi-Fi is down is not working

My WiFi has not been working from Tuesday and so annoyed with Vuma service my daughter is studying at unisa and the examination season has begin and Wednesday she was writing yet Burma was down even tomorrow she has a exam vuma is still down
