Vuma Fibre has excluded Soshanguve B from Fibre access, regardless of numerous requests

It has been more than 5 years since we signed up to have Vuma fibre in our community (Soshanguve Block XX, B1). Vuma installed Fibre less than 2km from our community, and we have made countless efforts for them to come into our community. While the Vuma Fibre sales team has assured us it will happen, sadly after meetings with our Councillor we were told to write a petition. To date there is silence, and we feel excluded and discriminated against. We wish there was any other Fibre service provider to grace our area and enhance our well-being—as Vuma seems to have untold reasons for not assisting our community.
