Vuma doesn't deliver the service they promised

I have been struggling a few days without internet called the agent he said he will look into it is week still no updates nothing I have sent him a messages he doesn't respond I have paid the account for nothing no service delivery here I thought vuma was the best only to find out it is *** I can't recommend it to my friends and family
