Vuma after sale service is a nightmare

They are very quick to attend to a sale but after sale service is a nightmare…. I have been reaching out since 31 October regarding my connection, sad fact is I have paid and I’m not getting help regarding my connection. I jus regret it because I’m inconvenienced and it means nothing to Vuma
