Very bad service, Vuma Fiber

Vuma fiber people are not reliable, they come to connect fiber only to find that the cable is damaged and they promised to bring people yesterday to come and connect but they never came ,hence the fiber was app**** on 5th of November, today they promised to come they said we must wait for them but they never came however I'm using wifi for work and do most of my things online .I don't know what to do anymore I feel like canceling this Vuma Fiber people ( technicians are not doing the right thing I'm sick and tired of their promises address B 816 23 222 street uMlazi 4066 Cell number:+***1 These people are not taking me serious and I hate it
