Very bad service

HY****605 Reference number :*** I paid for installation on the 12 of April to date I have never received the service I paid for. I have sent emails went to their WhatsApp chart also called them nothing it's happening. I have also requested my refund nothing it's happening. What type of business are you operating ignoring people. I need my money cause I can't be paying for zero service with my R439. It's either you fix this or refund my money your service it's very poor.
