Unable to cancel subscription with Sadv Vuma fiber

Very disappointed, ive been sending WhatsApp to cancel my subscription but im not winning. It seems they dont to cancel... they dont even have a direct line to call only whats app. Guys pls dont ever subscribe with Sadv Vuma fiber... Disgusting service ever
