Terrible customer service

They're service was down for more than 24 hours 2 weeks back and they didn't bother informing us as their customers. Only when we contacted them do they tell us it was due to scheduled maintenance, wow. Today same thing no communication just systems down no WiFi in our area Leondale. If you want proper customer care for a service you actually pay for this is a company to avoid. Communicating with customers is not a favour you're doing us especially because we won't get the data we're not getting today. Today We're being charged for a service we're not receiving.
