**⚠️ STRONG WARNING – THINK TWICE BEFORE USING VUMA & AFRIHOST!!!**

I would strongly advise anyone considering Vuma and Afrihost to **think twice before signing up**. Based on my personal experience, the service and customer support have been extremely disappointing.

I have experienced ongoing internet problems and reported them, but despite repeatedly asking for assistance, I did not receive the level of support or urgency I expected. I was left without a proper resolution and without the technician support I expected to actually address the problem.

The most frustrating part was the lack of communication and follow-up. As a paying customer, I should not have to constantly chase a company for assistance when I am paying for a service that is supposed to work.

I have now decided that I would rather take my business elsewhere. I regret choosing this service and wish I had done more research before signing up.

**My honest advice: DO NOT choose Vuma/Afrihost without carefully considering other options first.** There are other providers available, and based on my experience, I would personally not recommend Vuma or Afrihost.

If you value reliable internet, responsive customer service and having your problems taken seriously, **I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.**
