Really frustrated and angry customer

Really frustrated, my service was cancelled yesterday (10/08/2025) due to non payment, I make the payment today (11/08/2025). I'm chatting with 1 of their consultants Zolani S. He tells me there's nothing they can do. He needs to send a refund request. Why would I pay and want a refund?
