POOR SERVICE VUMA FIBRE

Poor service - UNHAPPY & UPSET CLIENT I have no internet for the whole month yet paid for it. Even installing was a mission. No response even when complaining, they take their time and still no help.

The ppl who came to install were very scary,didn't look professional, no identification, even the cannot branded which was suspicious. I am very disappointed with Vuma. Hellopeter please help me how can I escalate this problem and where?
