Poor service

I paid my webmail on the 8th of January to Vima and till today they haven't reconnect my wifi. I've been calling then everyday and their services is very poor. They said I should wait for 24 to 48 hours for the wifi to start working. till today I'm still waiting

They don't send sms or email to update me with the status of my wifi, I have to call everyday. their service is very pooooooooorrrrrrrr
