Poor customer service and communication

I made a payment on the 1st of February they phones advise to come for installation on the 4th then after that there was no communication I phoned they said they will get back to me until today I haven’t got any communication from them I’m the one who has to phone them and still no way forward asked for my refund they said they gonna call me still they didn’t I want my money back their communication is very poor and poor customer service.
