Poor customer care

The worst service provider in town. We have been without internet for 2 weeks and they seem to care.

I had the technician coming to my house twice, just to **** to me that the problem is resolved and service will be back in few hours but nothing happens.

I will never recommend Vuma to my worst enemy.
