People should be warned about this provide!!!

I'm extremely frustrated with the service. I paid for the installation on 19/03, but as of today, 03/04, the installation still hasn't been done. Customer service has been unhelpful, constantly giving me the runaround. I really regret not checking the reviews before making the payment. I wouldn't have trusted this company if I had. The payment was taken, but I still haven't received the router or installation, and I've sent multiple emails with no response. This experience has been shocking.
