PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER , VUMATEL POWERED BY MWEB

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Vumatel powered by mweb.very horrable service and illiterate sales agents over the past week our fiber stopped working dispite multiple calls informing them my husband works from home . My Wi-Fi issue has remained unresolved despite multiple follow-ups 12calls that you wait for 40minutes an hangs up as soon as an agent aswers , and the overall support experience has been frustrating and inconvenient. Vumatel scheduled technician that installed it but never heard from him again , but the appointments either never happened . Every missed or delayed appoint.i am disgusted, cant wait to go cancel debit order from my bank an get another fiber service provider!!!!!!
