Paid for Wifi and it did not work for 6 months now

Am Vusimuzi Mbuli staying at Freedom Park I really need your intervention with the company called VumaTel because ever since May 14th I paid for their service of which they needed to provide me with Wifi but that did not materialize and I have been taken back and forth with the matter up until today they have not helped me now I would like to get my refund or they should provide with the wi-fi they promised me yesterday VumaTel said they can not help me
